Discover our history and our way of working from the field to the bottle. The visit begins with a tour of our most unique plots, vineyards of native varieties with more than 90 years, where the visitor can know first hand our way of understanding viticulture, varieties, microclimates of each of our plots... Then we went on to visit the old winery, a building built in 1941 completely restored, retaining the original structure and machinery. Attached to the old winery is the current production area, in such a way that the visitor can appreciate how the winemaking techniques in our area have evolved over the years. Then we went to visit the old underground tanks, currently used as a museum and aging area for our wines. Finally we made a tasting of three of our wines and our oil, accompanied by some gastronomy of the area.
