We will visit the north of Sagunto and the south of Castellón. We will show you Les Coves de San Josep in Vall d'Uixó and will take a trip along Europe's longest underground river. They will explain to us the use of their waters, both at river level and at agricultural and industrial level, since we will know both the Muslim system of distribution of irrigation waters to cultivate rice in the marshes as well as their subsequent industrial treatment. We will use the tourist train and the boats of the Coves de San Josep.
