Discover Alicante in One Day Get to know Alicante through a guided tour of its most iconic landmarks. History, Mediterranean views, charming neighbourhoods and traditional flavours come together in this experience designed to reveal the true essence of the city, accompanied by an official guide.

During this walking tour, you will discover Alicante’s main points of interest, a city open to the sea and rich in history. We will stroll along the port and the iconic Explanada de España, famous for its palm trees and distinctive mosaic promenade.

We will then enter the old town to explore some of the city’s most representative monuments, such as the Basilica of Santa María, the Baroque Town Hall and the Co-Cathedral of St. Nicholas, along with lively squares and streets full of Mediterranean atmosphere.

One of the highlights of the visit is a walk through the Santa Cruz neighbourhood, with its narrow streets, white houses decorated with flowers and unique views over the city. We will continue towards the city centre, passing through distinctive areas such as Mushroom Street and Gabriel Miró Square.

In front of the Central Market, we will talk about the daily life of Alicante’s residents and the local gastronomic tradition. To finish the experience, we will enjoy a tasting of turrón, one of the most traditional sweets of the region.
