During the visit, we will explain the different grape varieties in the same vineyard. We will have a visualization of images of the vine's vegetative cycle during a year, an explanation of field tasks, pruning, green pruning, selection, harvesting, etc.
Explanation of production systems and visit to different production rooms: cold room, selection, destemming of grapes, tank encubation, maceration, fermentation, pressing, etc.
