Following in the footsteps of our great-grandparents, we have been making nougat and sweets by hand since 1915, using local products, with Marcona almonds and rosemary honey as our main ingredients.
Throughout the visit, we will explain how important it is for us to ensure that the production methods used for our raw materials are truly artisanal, valuing the use of traditional techniques and local labour. During the tour of our facilities, we will taste several of our products, some of which will be made on site for the tasting. During the visit to our nougat factory, visitors can see first-hand that we make our products using traditional methods, without industrial processes. We will be able to observe the operation of our mill with its marble stones that are over 100 years old, the operation of our boixet for cooking soft nougat, and the process of making toasted yolk marzipan, among other things.
