The Cantera, or quarry, is a semi-urban via ferrata situated in La Vilavella, a town that is better known as the starting point of the GR-36 trail that runs through the Natural Park of the Sierra Espadán. The 100-metre climb over this 130 metre route, which includes a couple of Tibetan bridges, offers us some spectacular views of the town and the fields of citrus fruit trees that are typical of this area, with the Mediterranean Sea as a backdrop.
