Welcome to the Valencian paella cooking workshop at Granja San Miguel!
Here in the middle of nature, in a beautiful rural town Salem, we will learn to prepare the delicious and traditional Valencian paella.
To begin, we will gather all the fresh and quality ingredients we need for our paella: rice, chicken, rabbit, green beans, tomato, saffron, olive oil, salt and water. We will also use a traditional paella pan and a wood fire to give it that authentic flavor.
With the help of our expert chef, Enric, we will learn step by step how to prepare a perfect Valencian paella. From sautéing vegetables to just the right cooking point of the rice, every detail is important to achieve an exquisite dish.
While our paella is slowly cooking, we will enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the nature that surrounds us, or simply relax in the garden with a beer while we wait for our delicious paella to be ready.
Once the paella is ready, we will sit together at the table to enjoy this delicious meal, accompanied by a Valencian wine or a refreshing sangria. An unforgettable experience that will allow us to know and savor the authentic culinary tradition of Valencian paella!
