To begin, we will walk to one of our favorite terraces. These vineyards are located in the center of the valley, surrounded by nature, we will talk about the history of these lands, our philosophy, and of course the role of the grape as a raw material for the production of our wines. Then we will return to the winery, where we will tour the facilities and learn the secrets of the winemakers. We will talk about the infinite possibilities offered by the Muscat variety, Jalon's red grapes and about the very special methods of making the raisin mistela. Next we will visit the cellar where we will find different aging methods. At the end of the visit, we will enjoy a tasting of our most emblematic wines and mistelas, accompanied by a pairing with local products. We hope that when you return, you will have the feeling of having lived one of the best wine tourism experiences of your life!
