With this sensory experience we will visit more than 100 thousand-year-old olive trees, including the visit of the most famous of all "The Majestic Olive Tree of Sinfo", one of the oldest in Europe with an award for the best Monumental Olive Tree and recognized worldwide. Later we will return to the oil cellar for a millenary olive oil tasting accompanied by typical sausages. After that we will visit "The Interpretation Center of Oil of Medieval Origin" and Cervera del Maestre, ¿The balcony of Maestrat¿. A beautiful mountain town located on the slopes of its castle, from which fantastic panoramic views can be seen, both of the coastline and of the interior of the Maestrat. We will visit the Royal Sanctuary in Traiguera which is the vestige of the passage of the orders of Montesa and the Hospitallers through. In 2007 it was declared an Asset of Cultural Interest with the category of monument. It has its origin in the fourteenth century, the period of maximum splendor being in the sixteenth century.
