We invite you to enjoy the most complete experience at Campoenguera! Soon, we’ll be opening our doors so you can enjoy an unforgettable day, combining knowledge of our olive groves and olive mill with a tasting and a delicious traditional lunch.
This special tour is divided into four parts:
- Walk through our Experimental Field: We will begin the visit in our experimental field. Here you’ll be able to see our composting process up close, a practice that allows us to fertilize sustainably. You will also get to know our native varieties, with which we produce our olive oils.
- Visit to our olive mill: Next, we will show you the heart of our cooperative: the mill. We will explain our olive oil production process, from olive harvesting to bottling, including the preservation techniques that guarantee its quality.
- Tasting of 5 oils: An expert will guide you through a tasting of 5 of our most special oils. You will learn to identify their nuances through the visual, aromatic, and tasting phases, and how to pair them with basic foods so their flavors stand out to the fullest.
- Countryside lunch: To close the day, we invite you to enjoy an authentic countryside-style lunch. You’ll taste delicious flatbreads with cured meats and paprika, plus tomato, all prepared in the village’s traditional oven.
