Paddle surfing, also known as SUP, is an activity of Polynesian origin with more and more followers that consists of sailing standing on a board provided with a paddle. The perfect combination of the natural and urban environment of the meander that the river Mijares forms at its mouth to the reservoir of Sitjar near to Ribesalbes is ideal for practicing this activity.
