“Land and Water” Experience in Elche: Huerto del Cura Garden and La Alcudia Archaeological Site
In collaboration with the La Alcudia University Foundation for Archaeological Research, we present a new cultural experience that combines the traditional visit to the National Artistic Garden Huerto del Cura, in the heart of Elche’s Palm Grove, with an exclusive tour designed just for us at the nearby La Alcudia archaeological site.
This experience combines entry to the Huerto del Cura National Artistic Garden, where visitors can enjoy the exhibition: “2,500 Years. Between the Huerto del Cura and La Alcudia: Two Spaces, One History.”
Then, visitors move to the La Alcudia archaeological site, enjoying a special itinerary (available in Spanish, Valencian, English, or French), prepared exclusively by the foundation’s team of archaeologists. The tour takes visitors on a journey through the Iberian, Roman, Byzantine, and Visigothic past of ancient Elche, historically known as Ilici.
