Villajoyosa is one of the most historic towns on the Costa Blanca. Located in the Marina Baixa region, a few kilometers from Benidorm. Its relationship with chocolate making goes back a long way and is for many visitors the main focus of their visit. Villajoyosa is however much more than chocolate. We know, thanks to the work of archaeologists that both Phoenicians, Greeks and Romans inhabited this area. The Romans called it Allon, being one of the few Roman cities in the Valencian Community. During the guided visit we will discover its main treasures.
