To enjoy as a couple or with friends We offer you a unique and different experience. A workshop to make with your own hands, a fresh cheese with goat's milk, in a traditional way. We will enjoy a guided tasting of our magnificent cheeses together with a selection of refined ones in our caves, making a tasting, paired with a local wine. We will begin with the elaboration of the cheese, in which all the steps to follow will be explained in detail to be able to elaborate a typical Valencian fresh cheese with a scarf. With the knowledge acquired, the visitor will be able to make the product at home. Next, a selection of cheeses will be distributed on individual plates with a local wine, thus beginning the guided tasting. And we will end the day with the enjoyment of a beautiful Cruise on the Júcar River aboard a modern boat, living a unique experience, knowing nature in its wildest state, surrounded by canyons, mountains, the national reserve, which brings you closer to some natural places of singular beauty, which our specialized guide will introduce you to.
