Experience to taste a menu with our wines:
For those who would like to stay and enjoy a menu with our wines, we offer this experience which consists of, a white wine tasting under a centenary holm oak tree (weather permitting), a visit to the winery to learn about the process of making our wines, a tasting of two red wines accompanied by a small aperitif with products from our local gastronomy, tasting of our cheekiest vermouths, and a meal in our Gastrovino 8 Encinas lounge.
The menu will be served in our restaurant 8 Encinas, Gastrovino, which has spectacular views. It consists of three starters, a main course with a choice of grilled meat or fish, rice or gazpacho manchego and dessert, and also includes bread, water and wine.
Example of a menu of local cuisine in our 8 Encinas room:
Starters: Ajoarriero (garlic sauce), lomo de orza carpaccio with seeds and balsamic vinaigrette and manchego cheese and quince jelly croquette.
Main course (to choose 1): choice of rice, gazpacho manchego (minimum 2 persons on request) or grilled meat or grilled fish.
Homemade dessert according to season and coffee.
Water, wine and bread.
