We will start our trip at La Llar dels Déus, where we will create our own mosaic using marble tesserae. We will then visit the Archaeological Museum and the main Roman monuments with an official guide. We will conclude the experience by sharing a Convivium or banquet based on Apicius' ancient recipes and cooked with reconstructed products from Roman times: Flor de garum, Columela caseus, and Baetica's wines from Roman Hispania. This Convivium, accompanied by the historical-scientific and gastronomic explanation provided by our expert guide, will allow us to travel back in time to the Roman Sagvntvm.
